Hi, I’m Andy.

I started building custom homes in Lincoln back in 2012, learning the trade from the ground up. Founded Maven in 2018 and I’ve been raising the bar on every project since.

When you work with Maven, you work with me. I’m the one going out to measure your lot, reviewing plans before they get to you, and remembering where we left off on every decision. I’ll probably bring up stuff you didn’t know to ask about — the sealed envelope, the insulation, the things behind the drywall you’ll never see but will feel for decades.

Maven is me and a team of trade contractors I’ve vetted over 60-plus projects. The ones who rise to the standard stick around, and we work on each detail until it’s right. That’s how every Maven home gets built. I’d love to work with you on your home!
